[Note: This evaluation of medical coverage mandates was written nearly five years ago. It still addresses the issues being raised by Hillary, Obama & Co. today … and the answer is also still the same: “NO MANDATES … NO WAY!” - SAT] “[T]rue universal coverage is a fantasy.
