Which of course there should also be when considering school for a place of education, though sadly most parents don't bother thinking deeply about it, and just slot the child into an establishment that is unlikely to be able to cater properly for his educational needs.

Home education isn't so difficult and there are huge numbers of support groups in the US and the UK which make it even easier.  Most significant questions:  Where will the child learn best and what would he prefer?</description>
