					<description>You are quite correct ... but it is up to all who care about this issue to begin moving that paradigm further away from &quot;insulation&quot; and closer to ... well, sanity! If these idiots stopped to think, how much they ARE paying per sniffle, when they COULD be buying cheaper coverage (focused on catastrophic and major coverage, with high deductibles) ... and setting the remaining money aside to pay the SMALL amount to have the sniffle handled out of pocket, by a local clinic perhaps, seen by a nurse (or NP at very most) ... and in years when they were less unhealthy, they'd actually get to KEEP some of it ... 

That is the message we need to be spreading, one friend or family member at a time ...</description>
