This is being accomplished through a unique blend of innovative journalism, the involvement of regional communities and governmental support. "This is about economic development solving the issues of immigration, drugs and violence", said Ricardo Valenzuela, one of President Calderon's economic advisor during the campaign and one of MARSOUND's founders.
