The International Criminal Court is now reality, although the United States Senate has still not ratified the agreement. To ensure it never does, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) recently introduced legislation (H.R. 4169) that calls on President Bush to revoke his predecessor's signature before the Democrat-controlled Senate can ratify the treaty. (04/19/02)
