- Take action against secret evidence
Source: ACLU
Country: United States
- Current immigration law allows the INS to use secret evidence --where the accused are barred from knowing what the evidence is or whom their accusers are -- in hearings on immigration matters. A bill to require due process in immigration hearings comes before Congress in October, and the ACLU is asking you to help them boost its chances of passage.
