Leonard Peltier has been imprisoned for 24 years for killing two FBI agents, despite a complete absence of evidence, and despite the fact that they were engaged in a violent and illegal invasion of Sioux land -- a foreign nation -- at the time of their deaths. Activists are petitioning the outgoing president to pardon Peltier.
