"Ticket "scalping" is one of those consensual "crimes" (like gambling and prostitution) that shouldn't be a crime because it doesn't hurt anybody or violate anybody's constitutional rights. It's nobody's business what or how you pay for a Lakers ticket anymore than what or how you pay for a bet, sex, or a sport jacket." (11/20/01)
